The Library is looking forward to presenting some interesting spring programming in April. Every Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 there will something to look forward to. Our first program will feature author, Margaret Smolik, from Osage, Iowa. She has written a memoir entitiled," Like A Haystack: Life From My Perspective". She outlines her family's World War II experiences in Croatia and emigrating to the USA and their new lives in Iowa.
Come & meet a real, live local hero, a fireman, at the next story hour, June 30th! Also, check out the all Adair County reads at the Library
66 kids and adults enjoyed the first of 4 story times with a visit by the Ice Princess. Join us next Tuesday, June 23 when a local hero from our community visits as well as fun, food & crafts!
Super Hero story hour starts June 16-July 7th. Join us for crafts, food, fun & reading at the Library! Times : every Tuesday 10:00 am.-11:00.

Trish McCurdy presented a very tasty cooking program for 21 in attendance on Tues, April 7th. Be sure and mark April 14th on the calendar for a program on all the wonderful produce and products sold locally at Long's Market located on the square in Greenfield. Mary Long will tell all about the fresh produce and organically grown food and delicious baked goods for sale at the market. This is the first part of the program with the second part being presented by Pam Wiggins and Linda Sidey featuring information about the "Bonds of War" Flag Day Weekend play and events for the Greenfield community coming in June.
